SALAMAT. Kagabi, sa pag-aayos ng mga nangyari kagabi, sa pagpapatawad, sa pag-intindi, at higit sa lahat, sa pagkakaibigan.

Mahal ko kayo.

- I will write in Tabulas in Simple Mode just because.

- MYX taping today and tomorrow. Watch us on Friday! Z, makakapasok din kayo dun. Be yourself lang, sure na pasok kayo.

- Got my second wisdom tooth out. Whee, pain, but it's okay. It's worth it. The waiting in the clinic took longer than the extraction itself -- I was in the dentist's chair for about 20 minutes only and I was done. How about that?

- UBE with high school friends at Sta. Lucia. We talked about platonic friendships, sex (yes, sex), and plans to go to Boracay, Baguio and Hong Kong. Oh, and we made fun of Toni. Haha.

- I am starting to get to know Jeka (a.k.a. Ulan) more. We didn't really hang out in the same group back in high school, and if I am not mistaken (from her palanca letter for me back in junior year), she didn't like me that much. I'm glad we're getting to know each other better now.

- Spanish Outback on Monday to Wednesday. Mae! Sama ka ngayon ha. Bonding tayoooo. Hehe. Louie, me bago akong sign na ibibigay sayo. Hehehe!

- I would miss being able to bum around in the house once school is back. And I'd miss hanging out with my brother too.

- I want to sleep already. Labo mehn. I guess I'm just tired.

- LATE PLUG: refineme.org --> new layout!

- My brother and his friends are taking shots of Emperador. My brother actually asked me if I wanted one, but I declined. It might do something to my sore gums, so not now. Maybe on Monday. Haha!

Good night world.

dyan ka magaleng!

Posted by concretegirl at 07:11 PM on September 9, 2004.

I'm back since yesterday, with aching legs but with lots more memories to store. Ang saya saya...as in. Louie already gave blow by blow details on her journal, so if you want to read it, it's there. I'm too tired to give one. Pictures here, once I finish uploading them. Darn connection.

I had the best time with them. And my favorite part would be the rock climbing. First time to, yo! I sort of wished I stayed up to drink, pero okay lang din. Nakabawi ako sa tulog...as in sobrang napahinga ako kasama nila. Nakakarelax. Ganyan talaga ano? Kelangan ko to every end ng term!

Sa susunod! May Subic, Quezon, Galera at Boracay pa tayo na hindi na-iinvade! VIVA ESPANYA!

I Kissed Dating Goodbye memories

Posted by concretegirl at 07:20 PM on September 9, 2004.

I found this in my old journal entries. The things I learned in reading I Kissed Dating Goodbye by Joshua Harris.

(the 15 dating things I learned)

Amazing how much reading that made me realize that it's right. Sometimes I wonder if I was wiser before than now.

look ma, I have a BANG.

Posted by concretegirl at 12:49 AM on September 10, 2004.

I just saw myself on TV.

To figure out what my title means, watch Pop Myx today on the following times:

4:00 am
8:00 am
12:00 noon
4:00 pm
8:00 pm

They're all replays, so once is enough. Haha. I think I look fat....but then again, maybe it's just me. HAHAHA. Yuck, I still feel embarrassed about it. HAHAHAHA.

The one who figures out what my title means gets a Chocnut from me. :p

Edit: Scratch that...NAKAKAHIYA AKO! hahahaha. I look so expressionless on TV, I don't really smile, my shirt's kinda crumpled on the bottom, I look fat, and I look like someone who just woke up and decided to go on TV.

MAN, HINDI TALAGA AKO PANG TV.

WHAT THE HECK. :p It was still fun. Hahahahaha! Mahal nyo pa naman din ako diba??? Diba??? :D

I am who I am, and I like it!

Posted by concretegirl at 07:55 PM on September 11, 2004.

I watched Knock First earlier in ETC, for the first time. ANG ASTIG! I've always been curious about the show, and I found it really entertaining, that I want them to go here and redesign my room.

I've always enjoyed watching those room renovation shows in the Lifestyle channel, where they make totally bland rooms come alive with the colors, where they make old boring furniture work to make the room alive. It's so amazing how much they can do to bring the person's character into the room itself. Amazing.

I was actually trying to become my own interior designer when I started going to the dorm, but I think I lack the "eye" to actually do designs that would bring the room to life. That, OR, I just lack creativity. Haha. But seriously, I wanted to make the dorm as homey as possible for the four of us...or, at least to me. There's still hope -- two terms to go!

Watching that show makes me want to own a condo unit or an apartment of my own, and I would design it by myself. I would make it as colorful and as me as possible. I want to do that, just for kicks.

Hmmm...I think I'm becoming more artsy than I want to. To those who know me well, they know how much I suck at arts...but now I'm actually thinking of drawing and whatnot. Hmm...let me just try.

motivated and it feels so good

Posted by concretegirl at 04:24 PM on September 20, 2004.

First week of school's passed and everything seems okay. I'm happy with my subjects, and I'm making the most of my freedom while things aren't hectic yet. Movies, food trips and whatnot, but still making sure that academics are under control.

I'm liking it so far.

I'd have to go for now. I have a date with Engel and I'm late. Later.

my dad rocks.:)

Posted by concretegirl at 02:02 PM on September 23, 2004.

I asked my dad to look for books for me in Saipan when he has the time, because there are some books that I can't find here at the bookstores. I asked him to look for The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Steve Chbosky and The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides.

He called last night and told me he was in Guam and then he said he found The Virgin Suicides for me. COOL! He told me it costs $12.95...hehe...how cool talaga. I've been looking for that for over a year already! The first time I saw it in Powerbooks, I wanted to buy it but didn't get to, and then when I was all ready to buy it, I can't find it already! AHHH...I can't wait to get the book! My dad told me he'd be sending it on Friday. Hehehe.

Now I have three books pending to be read. Sophie's World is not yet done, as well as Stardust by Neil Gaiman, Hot Type, a collection of short stories (only P148 in Books for Less) and The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides. Yeahbah. Book madness. :D

raindrops

Posted by concretegirl at 05:33 PM on September 28, 2004.

Why does it always rain every Tuesdays and Thursdays? Every afternoon. Hmmm.

I just found out that we're supposed to wear formal attire to the MooMedia accreditation tomorrow. Yes, and I didn't bring any formal attire to the dorm do I'm gonna have to ask my brother to go to the dorm to bring my semi-formal attire for it. Waah.

Resident Evil : Apocalypse tomorrow! Can't wait to watch it. And then we're having a guest at the dorm afterwards. I want to be geeky, but I don't know where to start. ^^;

Anyway. I think I'm at loss for words.
